Refund policy

At Aureya Paris (a brand by Namotriex LLP), all perfumes are sold under a strictly non-returnable and non-refundable policy due to hygiene and personal care regulations.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, including change of mind, fragrance preference, allergic reactions, delivery delays, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns or replacements are considered only in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product, provided a clear, unedited unboxing video is shared within 24 hours of delivery. Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
