Shipping policy
How your Aureya Paris order travels from our maison to your door.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During launches or public holidays, preparation may take slightly longer.
Delivery estimates
Most Indian addresses are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations can require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
When a shipment is created, its carrier and tracking number appear in Track your order inside your account. Carrier scans may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address changes
Contact support as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to change its address.
